Hermes,
on foot.

Talaria puts your Hermes Desktop bot roster in your pocket. Chat with every agent you run, seal approvals from a push notification, and watch the work happen live — against your own gateway, on your own hardware.

↑ THE REAL APP — TAP AROUND
WHAT IT DOES

A window onto your roster.
Not a second brain.

A bot is a Hermes profile — its own config, memory, skills and history on your gateway. Talaria is a faithful window: what you do here shows up in the desktop, the CLI, everywhere.

APPROVE
Approvals with teeth
Bots block before anything risky leaves — outbound email, shell commands, public posts. Swipe right to release, left to abort, straight from the lock screen.
Routines on cron
Recurring jobs live next to the bot that runs them, namespaced [bot:name] in real Hermes cron. Runs land in that bot’s own chat, ready when you wake up.
The Agent Inbox
Bots message each other with attribution and hand work off with @mentions. You watch the parley instead of relaying it.
04:00
Live Activity
A working bot rides the Dynamic Island — avatar, elapsed time, one tap to its chat. Glanceable without unlocking.
Voice, hands free
The same Hermes voice mode as desktop, wrapped in a full-screen orb. Talk through a digest on the walk home.
Any gateway, anywhere
Tailscale, LAN, or Hermes Cloud — named connections with health probes, same registry as the desktop. Offline? Messages queue and send when the link returns.

The roster ships with personality.

ONE APP · THREE SOULS

Soft. Control. Ink.

Full theme packs, not palette swaps — each one re-voices the copy, the type, the geometry and the motion. Approvals become Holds become Seals. Switch live, keep your roster.

THE SOURCE IS THE PRODUCT

Open the hood.

Every line of Talaria is published. Read it before you trust it with your agents, compile it yourself, change what you disagree with, and ship your own fork with a different name on the tin.

LICENSE · MIT
Free to build, fork and modify.
Plain MIT, no strings.
Compile from source and run it on your own devices
Modify anything — themes, screens, the whole gateway layer
Publish forks, patches and derivatives with attribution
Use it commercially, sell it, ship it — MIT means MIT
Only the name, the wing mark and the icon stay ours — rename your fork
The same license as the Hermes Agent runtime underneath — one permissive license for the whole stack. Keep the copyright notice, rename derivative products, and go build.

BUILD IT TONIGHT
$ git clone …
$ cd talaria && make ios
$ hermes serve --host 0.0.0.0
No account, no telemetry, no middleman. Your phone talks to your gateway and nobody else.
ASKED OFTEN
Yes. Clone it, build it, run it against your own gateway forever. MIT licensed — the only thing reserved is the Talaria name and mark, so rename any fork you publish.
Please do. Forks, patches and weird derivatives are the point — keep the license and attribution, rename the rest. MIT from day one, same as the Hermes runtime it rides on.
A running hermes serve gateway (the same one Hermes Desktop uses) reachable over Tailscale, LAN, or Hermes Cloud — plus Xcode if you’re building the iOS client yourself.
On your gateway. Bots are Hermes profiles on your own machine; the app holds a session token and your theme choice. No accounts, no analytics, no relay reading your chats.
